Earn with ThabangVision

Who can earn

• People who work on shoots: photographers and videographers, make-up artists, models and drivers. Clients find you under People.
• People with camera, lighting or sound gear to rent out. Clients find it under Rentals.
• No portfolio needed to start. You show your work as part of signing up.

How it works

1. Create a free account.
2. Say what you offer and show your work: photos, a short video, or your CV.
3. Do the one-time ID check (ID and selfie) and add a bank account in your own name, on the same sheet.
4. A person on our team checks your profile and your ID at the same time, within 1 working day. If something needs fixing, we tell you how.
5. Clients book you on the site. You get the job details before the day, and do the work.

What ThabangVision keeps

• Work booked through ThabangVision: we keep 15% of the booking price before VAT. You get the rest, and every booking in your dashboard shows the split.
• Gear you rent out: you get 80% of the hire fee and we keep 20%. The refundable deposit is not shared.
• Signing up is free.

When you get paid

• Into the bank account in your own name, once your ID check has passed.
• People bookings (photo, video, make-up, modelling, driving and more): clients pay by card when they book. We pay you automatically 48 to 72 hours after the job, into your bank account.
• Gear: we send your share 48 hours after the gear comes back in good order, after a final check by our team.
• When it reaches your account after that depends on your bank.
